I will first start off by saying your program has helped me in more ways than you can imagine. When I came across your Instagram profile I immediately was able to relate to for so many different reasons, one of those reasons being our height (short girls rule!!).
I made the decision change my life about 3 years ago. I remember I was in my last semester of college, it had been a long and difficult five years. I had done what I am sure many college students can relate to: I let myself go. During school I was also working as a waitress, where not the healthiest food was served.
I devoted all my free time to my studies, and when I wasn't doing that I was at work. I was making poor decisions with my food and I didn't make time for exercise at all. I was under tremendous amounts of stress, and my health definitely took a back seat.

My clothes began to fit tighter and tighter and I got to the point where all I wanted to wear were sweatpants and sweatshirts, which is totally not like me. I knew all the people around me could tell that I was gaining weight and that was the most embarrassing thing.
“I was so embarrassed I was to the point where I didn't even want my boyfriend to take me out to dinner because I was afraid of what people would think of me. Or even worse, what people would think of him for being with a fat girl like me.”
I remember the day like it was yesterday. The day I decided enough was enough. I was still lying in bed and I was checking social media sites (pretty much my every day morning routine) and I came across this quote: "Think of where you would be today if you never gave up the last time." Wow, did this quote really hit home for me!
I have always struggled with my weight. I would go through spurts where I was exercising and eating right, then when I got to where I wanted to be, I would stop and all the hard work I put in would be wasted. It was a vicious cycle that I wanted to stop. Needless to say, this quote really stuck with me.
That day I decided that I was going to change my lifestyle and become the healthiest possible person I could be.
I was tired of starting over. I was tired of giving up, and I was tired of not giving it my all. I deserved better for myself.
I started with baby steps. I started doing workouts at home because I was too embarrassed to be seen at the gym. Once I got the courage to go to the gym I was so excited. I had finally lost some weight and was ready to keep going and getting better. I have had some experience in the gym but as far as weightlifting went I wasn't real knowledgeable yet.
I was one of those people aimlessly roaming around throwing in some bicep curls here and there and then hitting the squat rack. I didn't really know what I was doing because I had no guidance.
This is where your program comes into play. I started using your program and doing the workouts and as each day went on I became more and more comfortable in the weight room. Not to mention every workout left me feeling pretty sore the next day! I loved knowing what workout I was going to do before I even got to the gym. It's was a huge time savor.
I also love all the HIIT workouts you provided for the cardio sessions, each one was different and pushed me in different ways. But the best thing about being a part of the #BiteSizedArmy is the support that we receive from you. I have posted so many pictures and you continue to like and/or comment on almost all of them. You have so many people that you inspire (myself included) and you still take the time out of your day to recognize all of us who appreciate and use your program.
My life has changed for the better in so many ways since I decided to make this lifestyle change. Since you helped me in so many ways I am now motivated to help others on their fitness journey as well. I am currently working on my fitness nutrition and personal training certification and I cannot wait to help others the way you've helped me.
I currently have a few girls that workout with me a few times a week and it really is the highlight of my day to help them in their fitness journey. Not to mention we have so much fun!
I have developed a passion for fitness and nutrition through my own journey and your program helped me discover that about myself. Now, I walk in the weight room like a #BiteSizedBoss!!!
