I was always active growing up. Even my first job after high school kept me running around all day.  It wasn’t until years later that I realized seating junk food all day would  come back to bite me in the butt!

When I finally got my first real desk job, I was pretty much sedentary from 9 to 5. Combine a lack of movement with mindless munching, and your weight just kind of sneaks up on you. I ended up gaining at least an extra 20 pounds and losing all of my motivation that first year.

At this point, I was basically eating whatever and whenever I wanted. Plus, I never worked out. I felt everything was just going downhill.

I was essentially at rock bottom. Truth is, I had no idea where to start. There were days when I would say, “Okay, Monday I'm going to start working out.” But of course that never happened.

I got lazy and had zero motivation to do anything besides sit on the couch after work. I was ALWAYS self-conscious about my body. I never worn anything skimpier than capris during the summer time and avoided going to the pool or anywhere that required a bikini. I would use baggy t-shirts to cover up all my flaws, and take a bazillion pictures just to get the right angle that made me look as thin as possible.

Sure, I knew I was out of shape, but I could never find the motivation to do anything about it.

Then one day a relative bluntly asked, “Kelsie, you have gained so much weight since the last time I saw you!”

Of course, I took this a little hard, but it was something I needed to hear.

I decided enough is enough. I needed a change. I wanted to be healthy. I wanted to feel confident about my body. I want to be able to say I succeeded. That's when I decided to take this program... and it's been awesome!

The variety of workouts are awesome, the nutritional guides are super easy to follow, and the motivational support is like nothing I’ve had before. I'm so happy I got to experience this journey with other women.

We became like a family that was constantly supporting each other via group texts and conference calls. Just knowing that I wasn't alone made me feel more comfortable and confident.

My favorite part of program was the workouts. It wasn't the same routine every week, so it kept things interesting and fun.

In the past, I'd get  bored from doing the same thing week after week. But with BiteSizedFitness, it's nothing like that.

I’ve learned so many new exercises and actually look forward to the gym!

I know I will continue to  stick with my new healthy and happy lifestyle.I don't want to go back!

I have worked too hard to get to where I am now and there is NO CHANCE I’d even think about throwing it all away. I must say, it feels great to have a more active and energized lifestyle. I have learned so much throughout this challenge and I feel confident I can handle anything life throws at me.

It's really all about taking things one day at a time. I plan to continue following what this program has taught me in order to make it to the stage as a bikini or figure competitor one day. Dreaming big I know, but for how far I have come… nothing can stop me!
