Lauren was three-sport athlete in high school (golf, basketball, soccer) and also participated in Tae-Kwon-Do karate. With such an active lifestyle, she never thought about “dieting” or ever worried about what she was eating.

During her senior year of high school, Lauren started weight training, but still hadn’t changed her diet. She was eating out at least 3 times per week and ordering anything she wanted.

After seeing a friend compete in a bodybuilding competition, she realized how important nutrition was for achieving success and began researching healthy foods and portion sizes.

By the end of her first year of college, Lauren was discouraged by her lack of progress. Her healthy habits eventually turned for the worst and she developed a carb phobia in addition to following a restrictive eating plan.

Although she searched and searched for female meal plans online, everything seemed super low in calories and unsatisfying… until she found BiteSizedFitness.

“It was exactly what I needed. I’m a pharmacy student, so I am an incredibly technical and meticulous person. I like plans; I like structure. I need it mapped out for me. And that’s exactly what BiteSizedFitness does.”

Since Lauren has started BiteSizedFitness, she’s seen major progress in not only her physique, but also her mentality towards health. To me, that’s the best thing about BiteSizedFitness… we embrace that it's not just about how you look, but how you feel that matters.
