Ellen has been battling an eating disorder for the past few years. Fortunately, the last 6 months have marked the start of her recovery and she has been able to break her unhealthy habits. She was so excited to follow the workouts and gained muscle in no time at all.

Ellen is now feeling fit and looking toned! Most importantly she is amazed at the difference in her body’s response to weight lifting as compared to strictly doing cardio. By completing phase 1 of our program, she now knows exactly what to do at the gym and is determined to keep going!

Chelsea was newly single and had the opportunity to study abroad in Australia for a semester. Since her main priority was having as much fun as possible, she didn’t pay much attention to her weight. Then, six moths later she stepped on a scale and realized she was 35 POUNDS heavier than before!

Chelsea hated how she looked, but used her negative emotions as motivation to get back in shape. She started going to the gym almost everyday, eating healthier, and cut out nutritionally void calories, such as alcohol. After a few months, she was feeling confident and happy again. In fact, she felt better than ever! As an added bonus, Chelsea even started dating a personal trainer that she met in Australia and they are still together today.

Chelsea says, “The motivation from this group is overwhelmingly awesome!” She loved reading everyone’s stories and knowing that there are tons of people out there working to accomplish the same goals. For her, seeing other people succeed is a great reminder of why she started and that she is not alone!
